Brave New World

This really is a brave new world for me. I’ve decided to share my process from beginning to end & my sketchbook is where it all begins. To me Sketchbooks & Journals are often the most intrigueing part of an artist’s process & yet we so rarely see them. Not only because they contain all the fumbling & bumbling it takes to get to something authentic but because they offer insight that can be too transparent for comfort. Sketching keeps me going & without it, even when the drawings seem to apply to anything more than themselves, the whole process comes to a halt. So here it goes, too keep me honest but mostly just to keep me motivated.
